Frequently Asked Questions

Printable Invitations

What do I receive?

You will receive an emailed version of your chosen invitation design as a JPEG file. This is so you can print as many invitations as you wish and save money!

How do I print it?

There are 2 options, you can either print it yourself at home or you can save the JPEG file on a USB or CD and take to your local photo kiosk (ie: Harvey Norman, Fuji, Kodak, Big W).

How do I save the JPEG file and what does it look like printed?

Once you receive the file via email, you need to download the file, by clicking on download or save (depending on your email provider). You then need to save the file to the appropriate source (USB or CD). The image is the correct size so should print perfectly. Please note: Some photo kiosks do cut a few millimetres of the invitation, unfortunately this cannot be helped. I find that Fuji are the best for me. Colour may vary due to the different types of screen resolutions.

Tips and Hints for your DIY Packs

Printing your stationery

When printing your stationery, use a paper with the thickness of 160gsm or thereabout for the following: Invitation, Welcome Poster, Party Circles, Thank You Cards, Cookie Labels and Buffet Labels.

Use normal 80gsm copy paper for the Drink and Chocolate labels as they are easier to fold.

The invitations will fit in a C4 envelope.

The party circles can be cut using a circle cutter (can be found at spot light or at most craft stores). These can be used in various ways—envelope seal, cupcake toppers, straw decorations (use a hole punch at the top and bottom of the circle and thread through straw).

The welcome poster looks fantastic in an A4 photo frame.

Bunting can be attached to ribbon. Use a hole punch at the top of each side, thread ribbon through.

The chocolate labels fit the Cadbury Fury Friends packs, which can be purchased in a pack of 5 from Kmart, Target, Big W, Cheap as Chips and all Supermarkets.

The drink labels fit Pop Tops which can also be purchased from Kmart, Target, Big W and all Supermarkets.

The cookie labels fold in half, you attach them to 200x135mm cello bags, at the top with a stapler (can be found in party shops, craft stores).

The thank you cards, can be attached to a lolly bag—you can either glue them on, or use a hole punch at the top and attach with curling ribbon.

If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Little Zee.
